Where are you located? Do you travel?

We are mainly located in Portland, Oregon, BUT we are portable! We also attend events in Utah, California, the New York/Connecticut area and wherever else fun photo booths are needed. Please contact us if you'd like more information on traveling photo booths.

 

 

What's included?

Polaroids for your guests
An optional gray backdrop (you are free to use your own or none at all)
Professional light setup
A photographer to run the show
Props (again, you are free to include your own)
Custom sticker with your event to go on the back of each shot
Unlimited digital photos and an online gallery

Additionally, you can add on: a custom guest book, personalized wood storage box and/or Polaroid archival album.

 

 

Why does the price depend on how many guests are at the event?

Unlike most photo booths that print on giant rolls of printer paper in their machines, we use film packs that are ordered on an individual basis. In order to make the photo booth cost efficient for everyone, we need to know the approximate number of guests attending in order to bring enough film for everyone.

 

 

WHat happens if the booth runs out of film?

We calculate the number of shots needed on the guest count you provide on the quote form. We have never run out of film at an event. But we also include a digital gallery so you'll always have all your photos. If you are planning on having a guest book to store your shots as well as use Polaroids as a guest favor, please let us know.

 

 

Do you require a deposit?

A 20% non-refundable retainer is required for booking the photo booth. 

 

 

How does the digital gallery work?

Our photographer will take all of your photos on a professional digital camera. Those photos are uploaded to an online system and you'll receive the whole gallery about two days after your event.

 

 

Do you provide other photo services?

PHOTO BOOTH KIT RENTAL FAQ

What's the difference between renting A PHOTO BOOTH KIT and booking a booth?

The main difference is that when you book a booth, you get a professional photographer to take all your pictures. You also get a digital gallery of all the professional shots we made. When you rent a kit, you are setting up everything and taking all the photos yourself. Booking a booth is for those who want everything taken care of. Renting equipment is perfect for those who are fine taking their own Polaroids.

 

 

What's Included in the camera rental kit?

An instant film camera, 100 Polaroids, a backdrop and stand, and a mix of fun props.
Additionally, you can add on: extra film, custom stickers, custom guest book, Polaroid album and a personalized wood Polaroid box.

 

 

what is the rental period?

Your rental starts at 10 a.m. the day of your event. Your kit must be returned by 10 a.m. the morning after your event. If you need to pick up your kit earlier or drop it off later, let us know. A $20 late fee will be charged if your kit is returned after the agreed rental period. A $100 fee will be charged for each extra day you keep your kit.

 

 

My event isn't near Portland. Do you ship rental kits?

No, we do not ship our photo booth rental kits. You can pick up your kit and drive it to your event as long as it is returned by the agreed time. You might also consider looking into hiring our full photo booth. We can arrange a custom quote with travel to set up the photo booth at your event.

 

 

How does rental insurance work?

At the time your book your rental, you have the option to add a $25 insurance fee, which covers you in case the camera is damaged or broken or props are lost. If you choose not to add on insurance and damage to the camera or props occurs, you will be charged to compensate for equipment repairs or replacement of the affected items. Depending on the damage, this could be as much as $300.

 

 

Do you keep my credit card information on file?

Your credit card information will be securely held until 48 hours after you return your kit in order for us to assess potential damage. After that, we permanently delete all payment information on file.

 

 

Do we get a refund if we don't use all the film?

No, unfortunately instant film has a short shelf life, so we order it specifically for each event and rental. We encourage you to use all the film you order with your camera kit.

 

 

Do equipment rentals require a deposit?

Equipment rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking. Rentals are refundable up to 14 days before your event. If you cancel within less than 14 days notice, only 50% of your booking is refundable.
